Bamboo Mindfulness Wellbeing
Mindfulness is no longer the latest ‘woo-woo’ trend. It’s shown to have an incredibly positive impact on our lives, especially when dealing with anxiety or depression. Everyone should give it a go!
Building a down to earth, positive and modern brand with a focus on neuroscience was the key to attracting people who may never have considered mindfulness as an option to help with their mental health.

My client Elizabeth J is a true people person – and her own USP! Her warm, approachable nature combined with a genuine desire to help is exactly what clients look for in a mindfulness coach, so keeping her as a key part of the brand was important to build connections and inspire trust.
A branded photoshoot focusing on EJ at work gave us a great collection of images to be used across all marketing platforms.
In addition to this, a toolkit of brand elements including icons, colour palette, fonts – and a very cool ‘is that bamboo or are they neurons?’ pattern, gives a cohesive identity throughout.
Creating visually appealing social media posts can be a challenge, so I often recommend Canva as a great tool for clients who need to come up with their own content – it works best when final brand assets are imported and used to create branded templates.
